Rocky Mountain Youth Corps (RMYC) engages young people in the outdoors, inspiring them to use their strengths and potential to lead healthy, productive lives. We teach responsibility for self, community and environment through teamwork, service and experiential education. RMYC is headquartered in Steamboat Springs, but operates programming that serves the 10 county region of Northwest Colorado. Programs range from volunteer-based Service Learning Crew for middle schoolers to paid Wildland Fire Crews for young adults age 18-25.
