Green Habits

Life can be pretty stressful sometimes. I've heard gardening is good for stress but what other green habits are there that can be crammed into busy schedules?

There are so many ways -- both small and large -- that you can not only benefit the environment but also feel better and be healthier. Here is a short list but find a few more from this article from USA Today.

  5. Eat more grains and vegetables
